NRL TIPS Rd 7

Lets see if the legend himself Paul Kent can make use some monee@

SEA EAGLES v DRAGONS

Manly are too short at home to take straight out, at $1.56, against a gritty Dragons outfit. I like the halftime-fulltime double, at $2.10, to find some value at the fortress that is Brookvale Oval. This week’s distraction takes the pressure off DCE.

BULLDOGS V RABBITOHS

These Easter weekend games are always close and this will be again. Form is often worth overlooking. With that, Souths +10.5 start at $1.85 is very juicy, and even the $3.42 outright is a nice sneaky bet.

DOLPHINS V STORM

I know the Dolphins had a good win last week but they’re up against Melbourne this week who will accommodate any style the Dolphins bring. They can play tight or blow you away. Against the Dolphins I like Storm to win 13+ at $1.90. Ryan Papenhuyzen first try scorer is worth a shot at $8.50.

WARRIORS V BRONCOS

The Broncos won’t lose two in a row and the Warriors loss last week had a real knock of confidence look to it. No James Fischer-Harris and Broncos will put on a score. Brisbane 13+ with Selwyon Cobbo and Reece Walsh anytime try scorers is a nice snatch at $4.75.

ROOSTERS V PANTHERS

This one is hard to pick given the inconsistent form from both teams this year. So Roosters with +3.5 at $1.95. Often when teams like this come together, leaking points, they concentrate on defence and games are low scoring. Under 46.5 is $1.90.

TITANS V RAIDERS

Hasler and Stuart are old Kangaroo halfbacks and argue like it. It’s always a grudge match between them. Canberra has been the best earner all year for me, and I don’t think the start of +3.5 is enough.

KNIGHTS V SHARKS

Newcastle are struggling in the halves and the consequence of that is they offer very little in attack. It opens the game for the Sharks to win 13+ without even needing to score a lot of points.  Stay away from Newcastle try scorers.

TIGERS V EELS

After the week that’s been this will be the game of the round. There will be plenty of spice and spite, Mitch Moses is back for Parra, providing an unknown, but I expect this to be low scoring. Both sides have plenty at stake. Parra is $3.80 to win 1-12 and Tigers $3.30 1-12. You could back both and win.
