Paul Kent NRL Tips Round 14

Better then most punters?

Give it a go to see if you have what it takes to redeem the massive cheque each week.

KNIGHTS v SEA EAGLES

The Knights are decimated with injuries and are struggling to score points anyway, so look for the Sea Eagles to put on a show. Manly -9.5 into over 38.5 points is paying $2.90. Throw in the Sea Eagles to be first try scorer and its a healthy $4.

STORM v COWBOYS

Stormare a different team at night so don’t expect a blowout, even at home. But the Storm have copped a rocket from coach Craig Bellamy so the -14.5 at $1.90 might be juicy. Storm to win into Xavier Coates to score two tries or more $3.60.

DOLPHINS v DRAGONS

Dolphins have the better spine and a few are looking to impress ahead of Origin selection. The Dolphins to win into Herbie Farnsworth anytime try scorer is $2.63. Consistency will be the key for the Dolphins.

SHARKS v WARRIORS

Despite playing away I like the ultra-competitive Warriors. They are equal second for a reason. Warriors with the start, at +5.5, into Dallin Watene-Zelezniak anytime try scorer into +44.5 total points is $5.25.

BRONCOS v TITANS

This game is a lottery. The Broncos are struggling and the Titans are inconsistent. I don’t expect both to get it right this week so I like the Titans at +10.5 into +50.5 total points for a same game multi at $4.10.

RAIDERS v RABBITOHS

Sunday afternoon generally means free flowing footy but the Raiders love a tight one. The Rabbitohs, with Cody walker and Jack Wighton back, get a handy +7.5 at $1.90. Souths with +10.5 into +50.5 points looks a nice bet at $4.

TIGERS v PANTHERS

The Tigers have +9.5 at $1.90 which should be a nice bet against a Penrith team still out of sorts, even though they had a good win against the Eels last week. Can they do two in a row? The Tigers are looking to erase last week’s loss and should be firing.

BULLDOGS v EELS

Stephen Crichton is averaging a try a game against the Eels since joining Canterbury, and is a pretty hand try scorer outside of that. Crichton anytime try scorer into a Bulldogs win and Bulldogs halftime-fulltime is $3.80.

TIGERS v RAIDERS Even the skinny odds of $1.34 looks good value for the Raiders. I’d carry that as a multi option into any other bets I take. The Tigers’ edge defence has been vulnerable most of this season so a Raiders win into Jed Stuart and Xavier Savage anytime
