Paul Kent Round 5 tips and Specials

Better then most punters?

Give it a go to see if you have what it takes to redeem the massive cheque each week.

DOLPHINS v PANTHERS
Penrith have lost their identity and its hard to know where they are. Dolphins with the start, playing at Suncorp, is a good bet given everybody is still unconvinced the Panthers have figured out their problems.
DRAGONS v TITANS
Tino Fa’asuamaleaui’s suspension makes what should have been an easy upset bet into a tough one. With Tino out and the Dragons playing at Wollongong, where they are much more formidable, tips it the Dragons way.
BRONCOS v ROOSTERS
The Roosters have made changes but it won’t be enough. They are well down on what we remember the Roosters to be. Even the +15.5 start is not enough. Brisbane should put a score on them, getting away late.
SHARKS v SEA EAGLES
Good sides don’t lose two in a row at home and the Sharks are a good team. On top of that, spin it any way you want, Manly win 3 out of 10 when Tom Trbojevic is out. Even a strong Manly performance won’t be enough. Sharks halftime-fulltime double.
RABBITOHS v COWBOYS
Bit of a bet in the dark this game, as how will the Rabbitohs new halves pairing aim up? The bookies have got it right, but the start is skinny. I like the Cowboys as a safe bet, but tough to bet with confidence. Good game for try scorer bets to find some value. Look for the Cowboys edges.
EELS v RAIDERS
Raiders are just too fast around the field, too fit and playing full of energy. Couple that with Parra losing Zac Lomax and the
STORM v WARRIORS
The Storm stay in the graft for too long for the Warriors to be a winning threat but traditionally they do have a solid go at the Storm. Warriors with start is a nice bet. They seem to have refound their commitment.
KNIGHTS v TIGERS
Knights are hard to beat at home and should have too much on the Tigers. I’m wary of tipping a round full of near favourites given the upsets over the first quarter of the competition but round six is about the time form begins to level out.

Paul Kent NRL Tips Round 11

KNIGHTS v EELS Parramatta have failed to score first in eight of their nine games this season. The Knights are $1.83 first try scorer so that looks a solid bet. That said, I like the Eels, at $2, to jag one and get the win away. Their attack has greatly

Round 9 Review  What a round of football, all of the games were decided by 15 points or less apart from Hawthorns win over Melbourne and we had a draw between North Melbourne and Brisbane. It was an interesting round with AndrewD topping the leaderboard with 11.22 despite only picking

Paul Kent NRL Tips Round 10

EELS v DOLPHINS Mitch Moses has revamped the Eels and brought Josh Addo-Carr right into the anytime tryscorers market at $1.62, but the bookies are already onto it. Addo-Carr is nicely priced at $6.75 to be first try scorer. KNIGHTS v TITANS Tough one given both are out of sorts.
