How to delete your data

At UPC Showdown, we respect your privacy and want you to have full control over your personal information. This page explains how you can request deletion of any data we’ve collected about you.

What Data Do We Collect?

  • Account Registration Data: Your name, email address, and any other details you provided at sign-up.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our website or app (e.g., pages visited, clicks, etc.).
  • Payment or Transaction Data (If Applicable): Only if you complete any transactions or deposits, in compliance with relevant regulations.

How to Request Data Deletion

1. Send an Email

  • Email us at: support@upc.bet
  • Use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
  • Include the following:
  1. Your full name
  2. The email address linked to your UPC Showdown account
  3. A brief statement that you want all your data deleted

 

 

 What Happens Next?

  • Confirmation: We will respond within 48 hours to confirm that we’ve received your request.
  • Verification: We may need to verify that you’re the owner of the account before deleting any information.
  • Data Removal: Once verified, we will permanently delete your personal data from our records within 7 days (unless otherwise required by law or regulatory obligations).
  • Final Notice: We’ll send you a final confirmation email once the deletion is completed.

     

Important Notes

  • Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered, and you will no longer have access to any previously registered account details.
  • Some information may be retained if required by law (e.g., anti-fraud, security, or accounting regulations), but it will not be used for any other purpose.
